A binocular viewer at the Top Of The Rock observation deck at the 30 Rock building in Rockefeller Center resembles a face, and overlooks a tremendous view of the Manhattan skyline including, at center, the Empire State Building.

The iconic, Art Deco-style, chromed brass, binocular viewer was manufactured by the Tower Optical Co. which has been making them in Norwalk, Connecticut, more or less in this same design, since 1932.
